DNATraits was founded on the principle that DNA testing can tell us important information about ourselves and our family, and we have a right to that information. You have the right to answers about your personal genetic makeup free from the oversight of insurance companies, employers, and even your own doctor. The results of your DNATraits test will be available only to you in accordance with the spirit of the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA) currently under consideration by the US Congress. In addition, DNATraits does not accept reimbursement from insurance companies as this might limit our ability to ensure your privacy.
